Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to IINDC's website, online learning services, and in-person training at our Rajkot center.

Effective: 2 September 2026 Rajkot, Gujarat

Please read these terms before enrolling

By registering, paying, accessing course material, attending a class, or otherwise using an IINDC service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Mandatory rights available under applicable law are not excluded.

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and IINDC ("IINDC", "Institute", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern our website, enquiries, admissions, classroom and online training, workshops, internships, assessments, mentoring, learning materials, events, certificates, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

If the learner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve the enrolment, accept these Terms, and remain responsible for fees, permissions, and the learner's conduct. You confirm that information supplied to us is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. Enrolment, batches, and attendance

  • Admission is subject to eligibility, seat availability, required documents, and receipt of the applicable payment. We may accept or decline an application where reasonably necessary.
  • Course descriptions, duration, faculty, timetable, venue, software, syllabus order, and delivery mode are indicative and may be reasonably updated to maintain quality, safety, or relevance.
  • Classes may be rescheduled, combined, moved online or offline, or assigned to another qualified trainer. We will give reasonable notice where practicable.
  • Learners must attend regularly, arrive on time, complete assigned work, and meet any stated attendance or assessment requirement. Missed sessions do not create a right to a repeat class, batch transfer, credit, or refund.
  • A batch transfer, pause, extension, or deferral is permitted only when expressly approved by IINDC in writing and may carry additional fees or conditions.

3. Fees, payments, and no-refund policy

All fees and charges paid to IINDC are final and non-refundable.

No refund, cancellation payment, or cash credit is provided for change of mind, non-attendance, partial attendance, withdrawal, relocation, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, device or internet issues, failure to complete, or failure to meet assessment requirements.

  • Fees must be paid by the due dates shown on the invoice, receipt, admission form, instalment plan, or other written communication. Taxes, examination fees, software, devices, travel, and third-party charges are additional unless expressly included.
  • An instalment plan is a payment convenience and does not make the enrolment divisible. The learner remains responsible for all agreed instalments even if they stop attending, subject to applicable law.
  • Payment gateway, bank, loan, or EMI services may be provided by third parties under their own terms. IINDC is not responsible for their charges, credit decisions, delays, or failures.
  • We may suspend access, withhold results or certificates, or stop further Services while an undisputed payment is overdue.
  • This no-refund policy does not limit any refund, remedy, or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where applicable law requires a remedy for a materially defective, deficient, or misdescribed Service.

4. Online and Rajkot center delivery

Online learning

You are responsible for a compatible device, licensed software, electricity, internet, backups, and a suitable environment. Login credentials and access links are personal and must not be shared. Recordings or materials may be available only for a stated period and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Rajkot center

You must follow center timings, access rules, safety instructions, and staff directions. You are responsible for personal belongings and for damage caused by misuse of equipment or premises. IINDC may deny entry where reasonably required for safety, security, discipline, or non-payment.

Third-party platforms, hosting, messaging services, software, links, or learning tools are governed by their providers' terms. Temporary downtime, maintenance, cyber incidents, or third-party failures may affect access. We will take reasonable steps to restore or provide an alternative Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

5. Learner conduct and suspension

Learners must behave respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, recording without permission, credential sharing, piracy, unauthorized system access, malicious code, disruption, property damage, or misuse of another person's data is prohibited.

We may investigate concerns and, where proportionate, issue a warning, remove content, restrict access, suspend, or terminate enrolment. Serious misconduct, safety risks, unlawful activity, repeated breach, or material non-payment may result in immediate termination without refund, subject to applicable law. We may report suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authority.

6. Learning outcomes, placement support, and certificates

  • Results depend on attendance, practice, aptitude, assessment performance, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee marks, skill level, employment, internship, salary, promotion, business income, visa, admission, or any particular outcome.
  • Placement or internship support may include guidance, referrals, interview preparation, or opportunity sharing. Unless separately confirmed in a signed document, it is not a promise of placement or paid work.
  • Certificates may require minimum attendance, completed assignments, satisfactory conduct, full payment, and passing applicable assessments. A certificate confirms only what is stated on it and is not a government licence or professional accreditation unless expressly identified as such.
  • Testimonials, salary examples, project examples, and learner results illustrate individual experiences and are not promises that another learner will obtain the same result.

7. Intellectual property, recordings, and learner work

IINDC and its licensors retain all rights in the website, curriculum, notes, videos, recordings, designs, code samples, assessments, logos, and other materials. Enrolment gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use supplied materials for your own learning. You must not copy, sell, publish, upload, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

You retain ownership of original work you create, subject to any third-party rights and the licence below. You give IINDC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to review, store, reproduce, and display submitted work as reasonably necessary to teach, assess, prevent misconduct, keep academic records, and—with your separate permission—showcase it.

Classes or events may be recorded for teaching, quality, safety, or record-keeping. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Tell us before participating if you have a concern; alternative arrangements are subject to availability and law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Services are provided on an "as available" basis. IINDC does not warrant that every Service will meet a learner's personal expectations or be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, tool, employer requirement, or future technology.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IINDC, its owners, directors, officers, employees, trainers, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss; loss of profit, income, opportunity, employment, data, reputation, or business; or loss arising from third-party services, learner devices, unauthorized account use, or events beyond reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for and indemnify IINDC and its owners, directors, officers, employees, trainers, and contractors against third-party claims, penalties, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful conduct, infringement of another person's rights, deliberate property damage, unauthorized distribution of course materials, or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by IINDC's own wrongful act.

Maximum financial liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate financial liability of IINDC and the protected persons listed above for all claims arising from or connected with a Service will not exceed the amount actually received by IINDC from the claimant for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. If IINDC received no amount from the claimant for that Service, the maximum aggregate liability will be ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).

No owner, director, employee, trainer, or contractor assumes personal liability merely because of their role with IINDC. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other non-excludable statutory obligations.

9. Complaints, governing law, and Rajkot jurisdiction

Please first send a written complaint with your name, contact details, course or Service, payment reference, relevant facts, and requested resolution to hello@iindc.com. We will review it in good faith and may request reasonable supporting information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights or forum available under applicable law, the courts and competent tribunals at Rajkot, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or connected with the Services or these Terms. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute directly before starting legal proceedings.

10. Privacy, changes, and general terms

  • We handle personal information for admissions, teaching, payments, communication, safety, records, certificates, support, and legal compliance in accordance with applicable law and our published privacy notice.
  • Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic, government action, transport disruption, power or internet failure, civil disturbance, or third-party platform failure. We may reschedule, change mode, or provide a reasonable alternative.
  • We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or Service changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively where required by law.
  • If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
  • You may not assign or transfer your enrolment, account, or rights without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a lawful reorganization, business transfer, or change of operator, subject to applicable law.
  • These Terms, the applicable admission form, invoice, written offer, and any specifically incorporated policy form the agreement for the Service. If they conflict, a separately signed written agreement prevails for that conflict.
